Cancellation Policy:

Always Time to Fly has a goal to always give our passengers the experience of a lifetime, and we also value safety as our number one priority. Our cancellation policy reflects that as well.

• Weather cancellation or unexpected safety delays: We offer a full refund or a free rescheduling. This is always at the pilots discretion as he will prioritize safety for everyone.

• Cancellation: Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 72 hours in advance.

  • 72-24 hours prior to flight time: 50% of the total will be non-refundable

  • 24 hours to scheduled flight: 100% of the total will be non-refundable.
